The concept and types of forms of law

This research concerns the development of the theory of state and law at the present stage of public relations, rethinking a number of approaches to forms of law. The purpose of this work is to study the influence of various sources of law on the improvement of the legal system of society. This topic concerns fundamental categories, therefore, it reaches a new level of research designed to combine the achievements of legal science and related branches of knowledge. Among such categories that require in-depth development is the category of "sources of law". Therefore, this research topic sounds relevant and sets the task of studying the qualitative characteristics of sources of law, a deeper approach to the study of sources of law, as well as their impact on the development of modern society and the state.
