Abstract

The article discusses the issue of forming the information culture of future managers. Nowadays, information has become an integral strategic resource that determines success in various fields of activity. This leads to the need to form an information culture of a future manager capable of effectively using this resource at all levels – both tactical and operational, especially in the context of management. The article analyses the key skills and competencies, including understanding information, data analysis and making informed decisions, required for future managers. The information culture of future managers is studied, which is necessary to assess their readiness for the challenges of the modern information society and ensure their successful adaptation and professional development in the modern world. The use of game technologies in this process is considered as an important method of creating situations in which students can apply their knowledge and skills in the field of information management. It has been shown that game technologies contribute not only to a deeper learning of the material, but also to the development of such key skills as analytical thinking, decision-making under conditions of uncertainty and effective problem solving. It has been found that gaming technologies can also simulate various management scenarios, helping students to understand how to apply their knowledge in a real business environment. Using gaming technologies, students can also develop teamwork, collaboration and communication skills, which are important aspects of information management work. Game exercises are studied that allow students not only to learn how to work effectively in a group, but also to appreciate the importance of synergy and collective intelligence in solving complex problems. Thus, the use of game technologies complements the study of the information culture of future managers, enriching their experience and preparing them for the challenges of the modern world
