The Nationality Law and Its Impact on the Arabic Character for the Arabs inside Palestine

The study aims at emphasizing the content of the Israeli nationality law and its effect on the Arab character in the internal regions. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach because it is the most appropriate for the subject matter. He also used the legal approach for analyzing the legal texts related to the subject. The study concluded that: "Israel" succeeded in converting the political conflict into an ideological religious one, which made it easier for it to spread the nationality law that made it acceptable to many parties as it had a religious character under its dealing with right-wing governments especially in the United States. Israel also works on expanding the issue of refugees, settlements, and Jerusalem city through long-term negotiations on the one hand, and enacting racist laws such as the nationality-of-state law, which makes these negotiations just a tactic that works for the strategic goal which is getting out of dealing with these issues. The study recommended that: Arab parties inside the occupied country should enter into alliances with those who reject this law, which will have the greatest effect on weakening and removing the law. Furthermore, it is necessary to overstep from media framework to the practical framework of the denunciations and statements rejecting this law, by officially boycott the Israeli occupation more to pressure it to stop this law.
