Unraveling the Dynamics of Cultural Diversity and Technology-Mediated Collaboration in Learning Management Systems

This paper delves into the complexities of cultural diversity and technology-mediated collaboration within Learning Management Systems (LMS). In contemporary educational settings, LMS often struggle to effectively accommodate the varied cultural perspectives of diverse student populations, thereby limiting their potential to create truly inclusive learning experiences. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to explore how intercultural discourse analysis and design justice frameworks can inform the redesign of LMS to foster more culturally responsive and equitable learning environments.
