Abstract

The directions of the European localization of economic activity have been improved in the context of the formation of modern determinants of the reconstructive spatial organization of economic systems based on natural resource assets. A methodological concept of adapting the provisions of "asset-oriented learning in pedagogy" to the conceptual provisions of the reconstructive spatial organization of national economic systems based on natural resource assets is proposed while adjusting the focus of efforts on the various nature of reducing risks and threats in the post-war period, assuming in the reconstruction processes: the integration of resources, synergy and partnership, development of innovations, community participation, flexibility and adaptability, stability and sustainability, territorial competitiveness, balance and uniformity, conservation and rational use of resources and assets that are different in nature, conservation of human resources and increasing the potential of human development. Taking into account the methodological principles of the asset-oriented approach, the factors of localism were identified with the determination of their advantages in the processes of spatial organization of national economic systems in the post-war period. Features of localization of efforts have been established for the formation of a set of measures regarding: a) coordination of localized efforts; b) consideration of societal factors in production-economic, inter-industry and inter-sectoral interaction; c) achieving sustainability and ecological obligation; d) ensuring effective cooperation and stability of networks.
