The concept and signs of alimony obligations of spouses (ex-spouses)

The article considers such a type of alimony as alimony of spouses and ex-spouses. The article describes the obligations of spouses for mutual maintenance, the rights of the former spouse to receive alimony after the dissolution of marriage, determining the amount of such alimony, 85 the release of the spouse from the obligation to maintain the other spouse or the limitation of this obligation for a period. It is also noted that for the consideration of cases by courts in this category, separate rules of civil procedure have been established related to the choice of jurisdiction, the search for the defendant, the rules for the execution and reversal of a court decision. As a result, the author draws attention to the fact that the alimony obligations in question arise in the presence of various circumstances that are social and personal in nature.
