Implementation of Innovative Technologies of Personnel Management at the Metallurgical Enterprise

The article summarizes the experience of introducing innovative technologies of personnel management at a metallurgical enterprise. The main purpose of the article is to analyze the experience of introducing innovative technologies of personnel management at a domestic metallurgical enterprise. The object of research is the process of using modern technologies in personnel management at domestic enterprises. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological provisions and applied aspects of the introduction of modern technologies in personnel management at domestic enterprises. The systematization of literary sources and approaches to solving the problem of introducing innovative HR-management technologies indicates that, on the one hand, the state of scientific and theoretical development of the issues of HR-management technologies in the field of theoretical substantiation of forms and methods of HR-management is sufficiently developed, and on the other hand, the analysis of real experience, challenges and problems of direct implementation of the latest HR-technologies in the management of organizations, in particular industrial enterprises in wartime conditions, has been less studied. The study of the topic in the paper is carried out in a logical sequence from theoretical generalizations of existing methodological approaches to the introduction of innovative technologies of personnel management to the analysis of practical solutions and measures with the subsequent formation of conclusions.
