Abstract
In this paper we set out to determine some chemical and biochemical properties of sea buckthorn, using two sea buckthorn products, dried fruits and sea buckthorn essential oil. Both are products sold in our country and are prepared fresh, within the shelf life. Thus, we determined the acidity, vitamin C, iodine index, cation concentration and calcium ion concentration, comparatively, from dried fruits and sea buckthorn essential oil.
