Abstract
Introduction. The development of leadership and management skills of law enforcement officers is a key issue for ensuring the effectiveness of the security system. Law enforcement personnel are tasked with upholding the rule of law and protecting public safety, so it is important that they have the skills and qualities necessary to lead, make informed decisions, and gain public trust. However, the specific mechanisms through which these leadership and management qualities can be developed through physical fitness require further research and empirical validation. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study the role of physical training in the development of leadership and managerial qualities in law enforcement officers.
