Abstract
Background. Reactive arthritis remains one of the significant issues in rheumatological practice. Its relevance is determined by the relatively high incidence rate, delayed etiological diagnosis, and the high frequency of progression to a chronic form of the disease in cases of insufficiently effective treatment.
