Abstract
Uterine fibroids are common in women of reproductive age, and their management during pregnancy poses significant clinical challenges. Caesarean myomectomy, once discouraged due to the risk of haemorrhage, is increasingly being performed in selected cases with favourable outcomes particularly when fibroids obstruct delivery or interfere with uterine closure.
