Abstract
Engineering requires more than technical skills it also depends on teamwork, communication, and adaptability. This study explores how engineers lived experiences reveal both opportunities and challenges in driving innovation and solving real world problems. Methodology: This qualitative study used phenomenology as its research design, utilizing structured interviews to explore how individuals became and thrived as engineers. It aimed to answer: What characterizes the role of engineers in innovating and solving problems and How do lived experiences highlight both the opportunities and challenges of their work Results:
