Abstract
The article considers the key factors of successful implementation of ‘well-being' programmes; analyses critical aspects of existing approaches to ensuring well-being in the workplace; highlights the best practices of large companies in supporting employees' mental health.
The scientific novelty of this article is to identify the main measures for implementing a programme to ensure the well-being (according to the main aspects of the ‘well-being' concept) of employees of enterprises, organisations and institutions, taking into account the role of management in ensuring a balance of working time, optimisation of work, competent distribution of tasks and other components of creating a favourable working environment, taking into account the difficult conditions in Ukraine.
