Abstract

The article shows that voluntourism is gaining special importance for Ukraine as one of the main factors accelerating the country's post-war recovery. The study combines an analysis of global trends (digitalization, time compression, wireless communication) with the specifics of voluntourism activity and demonstrates a new conceptual model for regulating and developing this area. The article offers recommendations for adapting the state policy of Ukraine in order to optimize the work of volunteer organizations and create conditions for innovative socio-economic recovery. The proposal of practical solutions for post-crisis development in the article is the formation of specific directions and mechanisms that can be used to increase the effectiveness of voluntourism as a means of supporting regional development and social integration. The article is aimed at identifying the impact of global trends on the transformation of voluntourism and the possibility of integrating it into the modern system of public administration to support social and economic processes in the country. It is shown that voluntourism can become a key tool in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. It will contribute not only to the physical restoration of cities and villages, but also to the social, economic and cultural reintegration of the country. The use of international experience, global trends in digitalization and the involvement of voluntourism from all over the world will help accelerate the restoration and strengthen the image of Ukraine as a country that is being rebuilt thanks to international solidarity.
