Abstract
The concept of a "family" work culture can be misleading, as organizations often try to trick employees into being more loyal to the company than they are willing to give them. This can lead to a workplace atmosphere where employees feel appreciated for their work and who they are as people, building loyalty and a feeling of belonging.
