Provision of Economic Security with Labor Resources on the Basis of Sustainability

The article substantiates the conceptual foundations of labor resource security, its essence and significance for the strategy of economic security of Ukraine under conditions of prolonged martial law and post-war reconstruction of the country. The significance of a stable level of labor resource security for the effective functioning and development of the national economy is determined. The problems of acute labor shortages that arose from the problems that existed before a full-scale invasion are investigated. These problems are significantly exacerbated by human losses and migration processes caused by war. The need for deep and comprehensive integration of labor resource security into the components of the economic security of the state is substantiated, namely: into the macroeconomic, financial, scientific, technical, industrial, social, demographic and regional security.
