Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the relationship between supervisor support and turnover intention, as well as the mediating role of employee engagement in retail stores in Saudi Arabia. The study's significance lies in its contribution to the understanding of how front-line employees' view of the supervision qualities of their superiors impacts their turnover intention. The study offers insights to managers in retail stores by examining whether employee engagement plays a role in mediating the relationship between the two investigated variables.
