Abstract
The material of three plant lines of the new Scale less Subbreed Type of the Ukrainian Frame Breed of common carp has been investigated for mitochondrial variability. It is established, that genetic markers which have been used in investigations, can be effectively applied for detection of the hybrids in case of intraspecific hybridization or significant genetic divergences.
