The moral and ethical aspect of populism

The article deals with the moral and ethical aspect of political populism because of its negative meaning, which manifests itself in the key principles and methods of populist activity. The reasons for its popularity in the contemporary socio-political space, as well as the implications of both for the populists, and for society as a whole. It analyzes the main quality characteristics of populism as a political phenomenon and highlights some of its positive aspects, and therefore justified the thesis that the definition is justified by the level of use of populism in political practice.
