The aim of the study is to develop a methodology, theoretical basis and experimental verifi - cation of pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of the future offi cers Interior Ministry of Ukraine for performance. The technique is based on the introduction of the educational process of university-based educational environment that enhance the positive impact of training and in-service environment on the formation of motivation among students for their future professional activity, the use of technology in the training of problem-based learning, role-playing and gaming as a means of modeling the content of future professional activities, enhancing professional self-teaching guide students through this process, the use of diagnostic and monitoring the process of professional development of future offi cers
