BALANCE OF PAYMENTS POSITION AND EXTERNAL DEBT OF KAZAKHSTAN

Reliable and safe payment systems promote increase of stability of the financial system of the state as a whole, provide effective use of financial resources, and guarantee timely settlement between sellers and buyers. Improvement of payment system and right choice of its further development are the most important priorities of National Bank of Kazakhstan. Nowadays the balance of payments is one of levers in the link of finance provision of national economy.
