DEFINITION OF THE CONTRACTING PARTIES OF POWER SUPPLY AND THEIR CHARACTERISTICS

This work brings up the controversial issue of definition of the parties under the power supply contract. The perspective of the issue consists that the modern laws lawmaking gives no the exact definition, what subjects of civil matters fall into the power supplying organization, and what fall into the subscriber. The answer to a similar issue allows to define responsibility of any persons for non-execution of the contract of power supply. As a result of the done work the signs concerning the parties of the contract of power supply will be investigated. The circle of the subjects belonging to each party will be defined.
