CIVIL COMPETENCE ? A REQUIRED QUALITY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIETY IN THE MODERN WORLD

The main conditions of development of students’ civil competence are presented and also the most significant trends in civil education of the younger generation at different historical stages of society are investigated in this paper. It is noted that the conception of “citizen”, “civil personality quality”, “civil education”, “civil competence” defined by a set of basis values understanding of the nature and purpose of human.
