CLASSIFICATION OF DRUG TRAFFICKING, PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES OR THEIR ANALOGUES ACCORDING TO THE CRITERION OF LEGALITY AND ILLEGALITY

Currently, the scale of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues in Russia poses a serious threat to the health of the nation, the stability and security of the state. The employees of various agencies in their activities face the problem of distinguishing the licit and illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogs. This article discusses some of the approaches on the classification of attacks on the specified criteria. The necessity to unify the legislation and science in accordance with international traditions.
