Abstract

The meanings of adaptive individual psychological qualities of personality, the ability of self-control and develop-ment level of professional qualities in psychological readiness of staff to reliable work in crises are determined. The author determines the main requirements to reliable professional activity and the reasons of mistakes in terms of hu-man factor.
