THE PROBLEMS OF STIMULATING INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF WORKERS INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

On the stage of a socially oriented market economy in Belarus requires the creation of an efficient payment system to enhance the effectiveness of production and take into consideration interests of employees. The subject of the research is to improve the workers motivation system, wage system and employees innovation activity. The purpose is to substantiation of the need to improve the flexible wage systems in modern conditions, enhance the effectiveness employees innovation activity. The article are considers the problems of modern management- a development of innovation potential of production, in particular, innovation trained potential of the industrial enterprise of the Republics Belarus. The main attention in the article is spared problem of the increasing personnel innovation activity in the enterprises and wages, theory of effective wages, flexible wage system. The foreign and some domestic enterprise was analyzed in this sphere, the recommendations of using this experience in management on the enterprises in the Republic of Belarus are offered.
