Methodological principles of research criminal responsibility for robbery

Methodological bases of realization of research of criminal responsibility for robbery are considered in this article. The aim is determination of the most correct and rational methods of research of robbery, such as historical, comparatively-legal, sociological, statistical, designs, legal prognostication etc. The result of scientific searches is represented in: determination of method that is used on three levels of science methodology; ground of methodological pre-condition of realization of research of criminal responsibility for robbery. Our methods can be used for investigation of criminal responsibility for other crimes against property.
