THE IMPACT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS ON THE OCCURRENCE OF THE INDIVIDUAL AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEGAL CONFLICTS

This article deals with the legal de? nition of con? ict resolution and indicated its relationship with psychology. The de? nition of a legal con? ict, identi? es factors affecting the dynamics of the con? ict. We analyze the impact of psychological factors on the occurrence and development of the con? ict. We give a de? nition of con? ict of personality and reveal the types of con? ict of personalities: the person with a high level of con? ict, with a moderate level of con? ict, with a low degree of con? ict and con? ict-free personality.
