An Internet Broadcasting System for the ICT Applied Instruction

In this paper, we present the design and implementation of an internet broadcasting system using the technology of web casting in order to construct an internet broadcasting system, which is based on the ICT (Information & Communication Technology) facilities. This paper analyzed the related WBI theory and web casting related technology to use an internet broadcasting system as an educational purpose. In addition, it verified that the internet broadcasting system is able to apply for non-WBI class using the ICT application through the design and implementation of an internet broadcasting system based on the Microsoft Windows Media Server. The result of this paper has obtained for the level of P<0.05 from the statistical verification, and it is verified that the instruction using an internet broadcasting system is able to enhance the effect of study from the statistical results.
