Abstract
Foreign and domestic experience of technoparks creation that appeared in the post-industrial countries within the last 25 ? 30 years is analyzed. The authors proposed the concept of the essence and principles of the universal technoparks model from an architectural point of view which will be adequate for the Ukrainian society.
