Special features and dynamics of clinico-functional state of patients with ischemic heart disease at the rehabilitation period

The examination results of 157 patients with IHD conducted before and after the rehabilitation course in a sanatorium are presented in this paper. The diagnostic programme included besides traditional methods the investigation of functional potential of an organism. Functional state disorders in patients with IHD and their improvement were revealed. The conclusion is made about expediency of counting of the organism functional potential dynamics in the assessment of patients with IHD treatment results.
