TEACHING STAFF OF THE UNIVERSITY AS A SUBJECT OF REALIZATION EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN THE COMPETENCY FORMAT (METHODOLOGICAL PROBLEMS)

The article investigates the problem of implementation of competent ap- proach in higher education process. The signifi cance of the activities of teaching staff within the competence model of higher education is presented as one of the important methodologi- cal problems of modern teaching practices. For example, the formation of students of univer- sal / general cultural competence highlights the role of the joint efforts of the team of high school teachers in the educational system towards these results. The presented fi ndings are based on this analysis of regulations in various areas of training and higher education levels, generaliza- tion of the practice of formation of competencies in a number of Russian universities, studying the results of numerous scientifi c publications domestic and foreign researchers
