Mechanisms of ensuring the socio-economic systems sustainability in the context of their safety

The theoretical and methodological analysis of sustainability of socio- economic systems in the context of ensuring their safety is conducted. It is proved that a necessary and sufficient condi- tion for the stability and security of dynamic socio-economic systems is the adaptation process resolve systemic conflicts. The resilience limits of the socio-economic system come from the system relations stability, and plasticity involves the growth in the number of degrees of freedom in a system.
