Personal security concept future personal security officers, border guards and forms of support in operational performance

The article is devoted to the concept of future personal security officers, border guards and forms of support in operational performance. Two main aspects of security: first, safety from such chronic threats as hunger, disease and repression; Secondly, protection from sudden and devastating hazardous situations in terms of daily life - whether in society, at home, at work, or in the service. The author believes that the main problems of human security in global dimension are: uncontrolled population growth; inequality of economic opportunities, excessive international migration, environmental degradation, drug trafficking, international terrorism. Attention is drawn to different approaches to personal security soldier. The following main categories of security: economic security; food security; health safety; ecological safety; public security; political security; personal safety.
