Abstract
The problems of green city frame forming is currently the most relevant for Astana City, which living environmental conditions require cardinal corrections that corresponds the global concept of sustainable development and requires the formation of programs for habitation ecological reconstruction. The article includes information about functional elements of ecology foundation and necessity of project Pan?European strategy of biodiversity for ecological well-being of the capital.
