Abstract
The article deals with the significance of corporate culture influence on competitive performance of hospitality industry enterprises. The characteristic features of corporate culture of hospitality industry enterprises are analyzed. The necessity of targeted formation of corporate culture is detected and proved. Special attention is given to the influence of staff on efficiency of hotel facility.
