AUDIT OF BUSINESS CORPORATE STRATEGY

In this article, the strategic audit as the innovative direction of audit of business is considered. The definition of the various researchers of the concept “strategic audit” are analyzed and on their basis, the most comprehensive definition is deduced. Based on the definition we offered the most effective, in our opinion, instruments for carrying out the procedure of strategic audit. The necessity in the accordance of the strategy with the external factors and with the internal opportunities of the company is achieved. An approach to the coordination of use of instruments of the strategic analysis is offered.
