FEATURES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

In this article the norms of electoral legislation, which regulate the election questions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are investigated, and on this subject the analysis of scientific literature is carried out. In this research work the features of purpose of the next and special elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan are considered, the shortcomings of law norms, regulating the setting of special elections of the President of Kazakhstan are revealed and ways for their solutions are offered. Besides, the analysis of requirements to candidates for President of RK in comparison with the legislation of the developed countries, where measures for improvement of the legislation in this sphere are also offered, is carried out.
