NEGOTIATIONS AS A METHOD OF CONFLICT RESOLUTION

This article demonstrates analyses of negotiations are one of the most effective methods of conflict resolution. It outlines the definition and advantages of negotiations, and also some of the important aspects of a conversation such as the tactical method, the behavior formation of conflicting parties and moreover the involvement of the third person, a mediator, who can control a negotiating process. The article focuses on one of the most important as- pects of a resolution of the juridical conflict, the fulfillment of commitments by parties. What is more, objectives and outcomes of the negotiations are discussed. Finally, conclusions about the advantages of negotiating are made
