THE PROBLEM OF PRESERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF MINORITY LANGUAGES IN THE ERA OF GLOBALIZATION

Russia is a multinational and multilingual state, it is going through a difficult and controversial mo- ment of its cultural and linguistic development. On the one hand, a revival of national languages and cultures, a return to the origins of the cultural and historical development of the country. On the other hand, strengthening the separatist tendencies leading to the closure of national languages and cultures in itself, isolation, leading to a limitation of the socio-cultural interaction.
