DEVICE FOR ROTOR OPEN-END SPINNING

In this paper we propose a device for rotor spinning. The proposed device refers to the textile industry, in particular to the production of yarn on rotor spinning machines. The task ? obtaining a yarn of high strength and a wide range of linear density. This problem is solved in that the device for rotor spinning rotor containing the sampling roller conveying channel and spinning the camera, spinning camera is equipped with a metal or plastic balls that are used for the tension yarn in the zone of its formation. The ratio diameter of the balls to the inner diameter of the chamber is 1:10-1:15. Usage of this device allows obtaining yarn with high strength and wide range of linear density.
