THEORETICAL BASES OF REGULATION OF ECONOMIC TURNOVER OF LANDS OF AGRICULTURAL PURPOSE

The article studies theoretical aspects of regulation of economic turnover of lands of agricultural purpose. It is proved that despite the liberal market economy, it requires constant government regulation. On the basis of which it is established that state regulation of economic turnover of land in agriculture is necessary and due to the condition of transparency and socio-economic efficiency of such treatment. The article identifies the subject and object of regulation of economic turnover of lands of agricultural purpose. Investigated the approaches of scientists to definition of the terms "management" and "regulation", on the basis of which the author gives the definition of these terms.
