Abstract

Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is major cereal crop year and is consumed in various forms. DESPITE extensive use ict, ict output is affected by the disease with a yield reduction caused by the attack of fungal and bacterial pathogens. The present study was conducted with the main aim have to make a survey on some diseases affecting rice seeds in a producing area of rice in Benin and the secondary aim for assessment as to the pathogenicity of some fungi on some varieties grown rice in Benin.
