LAMA AND LEARNER-ALMS-GIVER ? BASIC VALUES OF BUDDHISM OF TIBETANS AND OIRATS

The article deals with the definition of role of lama and his relationships with learner-alms-giver in Buddhism. In Buddhism, there is an image of ideal spiritual master and learner-alms-giver, influencing each other. This is one of the practices of introducing the Buddhology and possibility to gain the insight into the education process with the help of a teacher and unusual form of spiritual bond between the teacher and learner.
