CYBERBULLYING AS A NEW MANIFESTATION OF VIOLENCE AMONG CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS IN THE PEDAGOGICAL ASPECT

The article addresses the problem of violence via new electronic media, so called: cyberbullying, which relates primari ly to children and youth, as they are the most active users of modern communication technologies. Problems with the definition of cyberbullying and its special characteristics and constraints have been pointed out here. The author also indicates the challe nges faced by modern pedagogy when it comes to the problems associated with the phenomenon of electronic aggression among children and adolescents. Particular attention is paid to the need for effec- tive educational programs in this regard.
