Abstract

The technical condition of land and stone dam Dniester hydroelectric station is largely dependent on the static and dynamic loads that need to control process of exploitation of the station. Vibration Control constructional nodes of hydraulic units in stable and transient modes of operation worked out in details and solved by the system automatically polls the information on the display dispatcher HPP. Unlike vibration constructional nodes, study vibrations from the start ? works ? stopping hydraulic units and seismic vibrations from of massive explosions in the quarry on the state of land and stone dams and structures Dniester HPP not conducted. Note that the the emergence and development of defects in dam and buildings in one way or another conducive to dynamic loads and deformations arising, they as from exposure to vibration forces and from seismic waves. Therefore research of influence of of vibration hydraulic units during the start, work, stops and also ? the impact from the seismic mass explosions conducted in the career the water area of standing ships on the state of stone-land dam is the topical issue. The criterion for seismic safety during blasting for constructions and dam is speed shift soil particles as their basis. Damage in structures occurs when the soil particles shift speed (U, cm/s) exceeds its allowable value [U]. Especially dangerous is the situation when the oscillation frequency soil base building close to her own. Using these criteria in practice leads to an erroneous definition (usually overstatement) accepted limit when determining allowable intensity fluctuations of soil at the base of the building carried out according to existing rules without technical condition of buildings (weakening cracks) and frequency spectrum system of ?soil-building?. Overstatement of limit values lead to an erroneous determination of safe seismic parameters mass explosions in quarries, leading to unpredictable grade and favorable environment for further development of existing and creation of new cracks in nearby buildings. Performed seismic control measurements and empirical calculations of the consequences mass explosions in a quarry blasts aimed at developing a recommendations on the seismic safety of dams and constructions of surrounding the Dniester hydroelectric station. Made a comparative assessment of the state dams and residential buildings on seismic effects on them of mass explosions. It is established permissible level of vibrations that will ensure the integrity of dams and buildings.
