Abstract

Adenoid disease is one of the most widespread diseases among nasal anatomy diseases. There is a range of methods of conservative therapy of adenoid disease based on sanitating palatine tonsils [4]. Uncontrolled us- age of antibiotics promotes adenoid disease treatment degradation and causes resistance of microorganisms. Nowadays it is known that bacterial populations make biofilms, which are fully resistant to the factors deadly for them in the case if they are growing in unprotected, plankton-like state [6, 7]. Nowadays one of alternative methods of adenoid disease treatment is antimicrobial photodynamic therapy. Preventive usage of biocatalysts destroying intercellular matrix of biofilm promotes transfer of microorganisms into plankton-like state, which increases efficiency of antimicrobial photodynamic therapy. The efficiency of immunobiological preparations in the local therapy of nasal diseases is proved [1, 2, 3]. In particular, probiotics are successfully used for it. The study of their influence on the microflora of palatine tonsils while treating adenoid disease is considered to be prospective [5, 8, 9].
