Abstract

The problem of norm setting of industrial wastewater composition by disposal in water objects is considered. The analysis of system formation of an assessment of water quality of water objects as bases of norm setting of industrial wastes is carried out. The problems of the modern concept of norm setting of wastewater composition and legal collisions creating administrative barriers for regulation of environmental management are revealed.
