PRIVATIZATION EXPERIENCE OF MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES ON THE EXAMPLE OF MURMANSK

In the given research article an attempt of the results analysis of enterprises privatization in such significant branch as municipal electric transport is made. On the example of transport system development in Murmansk the author shows that, despite the happened privatization process, activities of transport company substantially depends on local government policy. Exact determination of socially acceptable and at the same time economically reasonable fare price, and also exact determination of subsidy rates to the enterprise provide on the one hand, high-quality transport service for residents, and on the other hand ? high social rates in the transport sphere.
