Abstract
In this article the views of spiritual and moral education of such scientists as Yu.V. Babansky, N.I. Boldyrev, L.A. Matveeva, L.A. Regush, etc. are provided. The pedagogical conditions of effective moral and spiritual education, stages in education process of moral and spiritual values, age features, problems of spiritual-moral development of junior pupils and their solution way are also considered.
